The basics: You have 14 days from delivery to return or exchange your Pearl Street piece. To qualify, it needs to be unworn, undamaged, and back in its original packaging.

Refunds & store credit Returns and exchanges are accepted for store credit only. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange. To qualify, items must be in their original condition.

Final sale Items marked final sale or purchased during a site-wide sale aren't eligible for return or exchange.
